Liverpool 1-2 Arsenal, December 2001

Giovanni Van Bronkhorst is adjudged to have dived, and Paul Durkin has no hesitation in sending the Dutchman off.
Thierry Henry keeps his cool to score an immaculately placed penalty kick, which was awarded for a trip on Ljungberg by Dudek. The Liverpool 'keeper had saved a penalty at Derby only a week earlier, but was soundly beaten this time around.
Ljungberg neatly side-foots Arsenal into a two goal lead, after Gerrard had carelessly lost possesion to Pires.
With over 35 minutes still remaining, Jari Litmanen got Liverpool back into the game, but it proves to be only a consolation goal, as Arsenal hold on to record their first Anfield win in 9 years.
