Liverpool are close to completing the signing of French midfielder, Bruno Cheyrou.

Cheyrou, currently at Lille, has scored 11 goals in the French league this season and would cost the Reds around £3.7Million.

Meanwhile, Djibril Cisse has once again emphasized that he will be spending next season at Auxerre, despite huge interest from many of Europe's top clubs.
